Vladislav Roslyakov was a student at the Kerch Polytechnic College in Crimea, Russia. On October 17, 2018, he carried out a mass shooting at the college, killing 20 people and injuring 70 others before taking his own life. Roslyakov used guns and explosives in the attack, which was one of the deadliest school shootings in Russia's history.
